Do you want to have a better understanding of yourself, and what is possible for you?

This is a workshop where participants will have the chance to dive into stories that shape us, those that others have told us about ourselves, those we tell ourselves and all the ways our reality runs on these stories. This workshop is for you if you want to get in touch with the truths of who you are by revealing all your stories, and discovering the one's you truly want to tell.

You will leave this workshop with acceptance, clarity and tools to continuously chart the way forward. We will be gathering on the beaches of Toronto inside of a beautiful indigo tie-dye tent! We will journal to the feeling of the wind, the sound of the lake and the grounding of the earth.
